Can I pick up my order?

Yes! During check out you can opt for 'Free Pick Up'. We will email you to arrange a pick up date. If you want to pick up your order at Het Plantenpandje (Kaap Hoorndreef 66), it will be possible on Tuesdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. We kindly ask you to always check with us first through email or Instagram, because sometimes we are out visiting a nursery or dropping off packages. 

Another pick up possibility would be at our open house. We try to organise an open house every month to make visiting our office accessible. Our next open house is the 13th of May from 11 AM until 2 PM. Our customers frequently use those days to pick up their order. 

It is also possible to pick up your order in either De Meern or Wittevrouwen (Utrecht). This possibility means more flexibility in pick-up date and time.

When we notice you selected the “Free Pick Up” option, we will email you to arrange a pick up way that suits you the most. You can also email us directly after your order to tell us which option works best for you and we will arrange a date and time from there.

Do I receive a tracking code with my order? // When will my order be shipped?

All parcels will be shipped with a track & trace code. You will receive a tracking code once your item is shipped. All plant-related orders will be shipped on Tuesday. The non-plant related orders will be shipped on the same day (or the following day) you placed your order. Please note that the Velcro-only orders are NOT tracked (mailbox shipment).

When can I expect to see new plants online?

We try to update the webshop every 2-3 weeks on Friday at 7 PM. We always share in our Instagram stories when a new shop update will be coming up! Be sure to follow us there for the most recent developments. We are working on a mailing list so you can subscribe for our updates. 

Can I get a stock alert for when my wishlist plant is available again?

Sadly, at the moment our provider does not give us that option yet. We are working on a mailing list so you can subscribe for updates. 

Do you add heat-packs to my order?

We always add a heat-pack when the temperature is between 0 and 5 degrees. We check the temperature in The Netherlands and the country that the order will be shipped to. We will hold off the shipment is the temperature is below 0 degrees in either one of the countries. Heat-packs are free of charge.

Do you take pre-orders?

Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders.

Can I combine my orders?

Yes, you can! If you want to add something to your existing order, you can place a new order and opt for 'Free Pick Up' at the check-out (now you will only pay shipping costs once). Please add a comment with what order you want your new order combined with.
