Shipping & returns
We ship our plants with the utmost care and pack them extremely careful. We only ship on Monday and Tuesday to avoid any delays. You will receive an email with a confirmation after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking code.
We do not ship when the temperature is below 5 degrees or above 27 degrees in The Netherlands, to avoid any temperature damage. If you want us to hold off shipping because of the weather conditions in your country, please send us a message!
We only ship to the European Union with plant passport.
Shipping is a very stressful process for plants and we recommend to let your plant rest for at least a week after arrival. The plant needs to adjust to its new environment and immediate repotting is therefore not recommended.
Please make sure to research how to care for your plant before purchasing. Every plant has different needs! If you need help or have a question, please contact us!
We work very hard to make sure that our plants will arrive in a healthy state. We therefore guarantee our plants for 7 days after arrival if handled in a proper way.
We can not take responsibility for any damage to plants caused by shipping or delays. We do not (partially) refund for any damage caused by (delays during) shipping. Please contact us, so we can help you to give you the best care tips for your situation.
During check-out, you can choose delivery through DHL, PostNL or UPS.
PostNL and DHL Parcel will provide delivery within 1 - 10 business days.
DHL Express will provide delivery within 1 - 2 business days.
UPS Express Saver will provide delivery within 1-3 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipment. We advise you to choose DHL parcel for non-plant related purchases only or delivery within The Netherlands.
